Frederick D. Spencer is a Chicago native and the principal of Imagine Development Group, Fred D. Spencer brings over 20 years of real estate, entrepreneur, finance, and strategy experience to Imagine. Previous to Imagine Development Fred was a real estate developer and investor. Fred also has a debt of commercial real estate experience with large retailers. Fred has started, built, sold, and operated over 9 companies including and is currently the co-founder of AYO Foods, a brand that he co-founded with his wife Perteet Spencer that specializes in frozen West African meals. Fred spent the majority of his career in finance for companies such as Best Buy, Sleep Number, LaSalle Bank ABN Amro, and Ameriprise Financial.
